Meet me at Anytime Fitness 162N Eisenhower Dr. for some assessments. See how long you can hold a 90* wall sit.. How many push ups can you do in 60 seconds? Where can a 500 meter row take you? What really have you been eating?....Or NOT eating?....Face your fear.
Did you know the average person GAINS 8-10 pounds during the Holidays?!?! Here are some tips on avoiding the weight gain:
-Have a flavored protein shake, chocolate, peanut butter, strawberry, vanilla, any flavor you want! Before you head over to Family to hlep curb cravings and from grazing all day.
-Stash some Quest bars in your pocket. When everyone else is having desert break out your bar!
-Jump out of bed first thing in the morning and go for a brisk walk/run/jog! This will help jump start your metabolism!
-Drinking a cup of Tea befoe and after dinner will help keep you full!!
